To ensure a technology-free and immersive camp experience, we have implemented the following policy:

• No Technology Usage During Camp Hours: From 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, campers are not permitted to use personal electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming devices, or any other technology. This policy encourages campers to fully engage in camp activities, interact with fellow campers, and enjoy the outdoor environment.

• Communication with Parents: If a camper needs to contact their parents or guardians, they can visit the camp office during designated times for communication. Our camp staff will be available to assist campers in reaching their parents as necessary.

• Handling of Personal Phones: If a camper is found using their personal phone or any other prohibited technology during camp hours, the device will be collected by a camp staff member. The phone will be stored in a safe place until the end of the day.

• Post-Camp Technology Use: Campers are allowed to use personal technology devices (e.g., phones) during post-camp hours. Campers can retrieve their phones from the camp office at the end of the day.

In order to cancel a day of camp, you must call, text, or email the camp office by 8:00 AM of the day you want to cancel to have your day remove.  If we are contacted after 8:00 AM, you are responsible for the cost of the day.

Early drop-off is from 7:00 am until 8:30 am.  The cost for early drop-off is $5 per family.

Late pick-up is from 3:15 pm until 6:00 pm.  The cost for late pick-up is $8 per family.

The charges for these will be applied to your invoice by the office staff.  They will be updated at the end of each week.
